I'm Andy Fieldhouse: team coach, trainer, keynote speaker, and author of Getting Teamwork Right — the Amazon #1 bestseller on building high-performing teams in the modern workplace.
I founded The Team Space in 2019 with a simple belief: that most organisations underinvest in the one thing that drives almost everything else — how their people work together.
My story
Originally from the UK, I grew up living in Malaysia, India, Bahrain, Austria and Ireland, and ended up studying history at SOAS, University of London. I worked in London for 14 years and have spent the last 17+ years living and working in the UAE — a region I'm deeply proud to call home.
My career has taken me from senior commercial and operational leadership roles to the work I do today: coaching teams, developing leaders, and helping organisations build the conditions where great work actually happens.
As an ICF-certified coach trained in the ORSC (Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching) methodology, I bring both rigour and humanity to every engagement. I don't just teach frameworks — I work with the real dynamics, the real tensions, and the real people in the room.
